Jacent Jackson was a STEAL from Q101 in Chicago. We in Milwaukee got lucky. He took WLUM from a station that was doing "okay to not okay" and brought it back to around the New Rock 102-1 days ratings and market presence. MRA also has invested money into their radio stations, including new studios and some really aggressive sales packages. Local radio doing local things.
