mike conway is a regular on this board - moreso before he got to management stripes but still sometimes. i knew him as a caller to my show before he was ever even an intern. he has a love and passion for radio than most of us should and do respect. he was doing a dozen jobs at cc for the pay of 1, which i know is the norm dont get me wrong ,just saying. it sucks.
