The FCC will approve it. The engineer who filed it typically does his homework and is one of the best AM directional guys around. The only thing that would hinder it is if the FCC wouldn't allow WZRK to go silent, but that also will be a non-issue. There's an FM in Lake Geneva, so nobody will be losing service.

I'm by no means an expert on these things, but I'd say this is about a done deal as you're going to see.
