Comcast Entertainment Group and Ryan Seacrest have forged a new multi-year agreement that significantly expands Seacrest's television and new media production business across the company's networks via Ryan Seacrest Productions. Under the terms of this sweet new deal, Seacrest will continue to serve as managing editor and anchor of "E! News" and executive producer and host of E!'s "Live From the Red Carpet" specials through early 2012.

"Ryan is not only a spectacular broadcaster and producer but he is also the ideal ambassador for the E! brand," said Comcast Entertainent Group president/CEO Ted Harbert. "It's a personal and professional thrill to be the beneficiary of Ryan's incredible work ethic, flawless on-air skills and fantastic instincts as a producer."

But wait! There's more! Comcast Entertainment Group will retain "first look" rights to all Ryan Seacrest Productions projects through August of 2011, and significantly expands his present agreement to provide programming to Comcast networks. The deal also includes a new advertising relationship between E! and Seacrest's radio kingdom, including "On-Air with Ryan Seacrest" and "American Top 40."

"Comcast Entertainment Group is the perfect engine to help drive Ryan Seacrest Productions to the next level in its evolution," Seacrest commented. "My experience with E! has been a perfect fit from the very start, and I'm thrilled to continue working with them on the air, as well as developing and producing programming across all Comcast networks."

Ryan Seacrest Productions currently has two series airing on Comcast networks: "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," and "Denise Richards: It's Complicated." The company is currently in production on two new series: "Bromance," which will air on MTV, and "Momma's Boys" which will premiere on NBC.
