current cable TV ratings

Hey all. I am looking for a place to get complete ratings for cable TV. Like Msnbc, Fox News Ch, CNN, Al Jazeera etc. All I can find on the Web are either old or very selective abstracts from the full numbers. Is there somewhere that I can get more complete info? If not everything at least more. If I have to pay I will. Thanks!!
