I think Magnum made some sort of backroom deal with Scripps. They assumed the name, logo, intellectual property, etc., in exchange for ditching country and whatever other considerations. Of course, nobody's saying anything, but Magnum launched this format in less than six hours complete with music and a logo. They must have had some sort of help. And Scripps comes out ahead in the deal too, as they lose a direct competitor and find a way to mollify irritated former listeners. Everybody wins.
