Let's make this short...in Milwaukee/Racine, Scripps is going after Dave Magnum for using all their Lake stuff, including logo and liners (intellectual property). Lawyers are involved. Magnum is thinking of changing 92.1 for the 4th time in 6 months. He applied for calls WVTY and domain Variety921.com. I can't imagine all the stress the employees are going through.
