1280 WNAM (Neenah-Menasha) has a construction permit to upgrade to 50kw day and remain at 5kw at night. Cumulus has had the permit for several years, but there appears to be no action. With the permit expiring in October, does anyone know if they will actually go ahead with the upgrades? It would be nice to have a 50kw AM station in Northeast Wisconsin.
