I saw that call letter change. I noticed there was no mention of them in the TOH ID.

They already have Classic Country on 1550.
106.7 really doesn't cover Madison proper.

My guess is they are just parking the calls there for future use elsewhere.

Either that or 1550 Hank has been successful enough to move to a 24 Hour signal with more coverage.
