Placement of Commercial Breaks

Kiss FM recently switched their commercial breaks from :25/:55 to :15/:45, matching up with Energy 106.9. I think 97.3 NOW does it then too, but can't confirm. Is there a reason why they switched? To prevent channel flipping? Looks like Kiss FM is feeling the threat from Energy.
