Ginger Jordan was doing traffic at WCPT Chicago, and before that was working for the show that replaced Mancow on Q101 Chicago. I thought she was hired by WLS to replace one of the afternoon hosts who was blown out several years ago but I can't find anything on Google about her. I know in CHicago she was using her real name, which is Joanne Jordan, I think. At Kiss, she wasn't allowed to use it becasue of JoJo.
