Thanks Jeremy. Happenings Q&A has commercials every 15 minutes from legit businesses (not PSA's), so I'm assuming that Frank Charmichael and crew are getting paid. The Lip-Off show is probably a freebie since Peter Serzant and Dan are full-time employees of WLIP. I think you're correct about the rest.

There's a lady that calls all the shows every day by the name of Shirley. It's rumored that she is a plant and on the payroll. Do you know anything about that?? Just wondering.
