For one, VCY America is a much larger ministry than just 107.7. They have stations and translators across the entire upper midwest, and in the unlikely instance that something happens that would require them to downsize, I would have to believe the Milwaukee flagship stations would be the absolute last to go.
I would also be shocked if they didn't have a healthy financial endowment (partially funded out of money left to them by the estates of loyal listeners and supporters). I don't know this for certain; I'm simply basing this off of what I know of similar types of organizations.
Finally, even if they were to need to sell the whole thing, they would undoubtedly look to sell to another ministry compatible with their beliefs, even if it means passing up large sums of money from "secular" broadcasters.
It's not even worth hypothesizing about who could buy them. It's just not going to happen.
