WIWN: Most likely - I'd even go so far as to say for sure.
WBME: Possibly, given that their signal is simulcast on WDJT, but I kind of doubt it.
WPXE: I doubt it, but wouldn't be surprised if I was wrong.
WTSJ: Not eligible (only full power and Class A stations are eligible; WTSJ is neither)
WYTU: Not eligible.
