WVTV is "Super 18" again

I don't know when this happened but WVTV in Milwaukee is branding itself as "Super 18" again.

They're now "Super 18 Milwaukee The CW" (if I"m reading that logo right).

Does this mean they're planning to drop The CW affiliation?
