I believe they must get brownie points or something for carrying ESPN Deportes. Karmazin run it on WTTN Watertown too. They target Madison with it, but it puts a distant signal into Madison. The area in the city grade coverage area off WTTN basically farmers. I don't think they're listening to ESPN Deportes. I'm sure all the cornfields on HWY 60 between Otsego and East Bristol are big fans. That's all sarcasm.

It's brownie points. Maybe a package selling deal.
