Oh that is awful. Best wishes. I hope he can get back to a state that allows him to return to his career. Strokes have a deadly history of postponing and ruining careers in the media. Some of it fair and some of it not fair. I'd never wish a stroke on anyone, especially people who require motor control to perform a task like speaking. :(
