It all stems from the VA scandal in Tomah. A whistle-blower tried to contact Sen Tammy Baldwin about veteran abuses and deaths. She ignored it, trying to protect Obama's run for a second term. All Jay said was if the veteran were gay, he or she would be alive today. Baldwin, who is openly gay, tends to only act on issues involving the LGBT community. As a matter of fact, when she was the representative for district 2 she spent 80 per cent of her time working exclusively on LGBT favorable legislation.
