I don't even know what is being said when idiot changes his voice or something. Only heard on wIsn, when they are running an 8 minute cluster of ads.
That, after Belling talks/interrupts traffic guy for 3 minutes, or tells him to watch a debate. He's there for traffic! That is it. Run your top of the hour news at 4:20 or 5:15, but we peons, must follow the rules.
