The HD Radio website almost never updates their info. I've sent them E-Mails telling them what changed, and they updated it.
As for the iHeart HD-2 channels, all of the ones in Madison are just internet streams piped in with a Barix box. You can listen to the origin streams on iHeart radio. They throw in a legal ID at the top of the hour. Each national iHeartradio Internet-Only stream has one.
WZEE HD-2 just happened to be paired with Classical Highlights. https://www.iheart.com/live/classical-highlights-6377/
WMAD HD-2 was paired with Coffee Shop Radio. https://www.iheart.com/live/coffee-shop-radio-6698/
WXXM HD-2 was paired with an event channel. If there's something like an Artist Programmed stream or a Holiday-themed stream, they'll often run it on there. They have several of them for that purpose. The rest of the time the stream disappears from the website but continues to run using the music log for the iHeart80s stream (no imaging except for the legal ID)
No idea what happened to WIBA HD-2 but it was also used as an event stream.
In Milwaukee, WRIT HD-2 runs the Real Oldies stream (They actually originally ran the music log locally with WOKY's old imaging) WOKY simulcasts on WKKV HD-2 now that WXXM flipped format. In Chicago, the Delilah stream runs on 95.5 WEBG HD-2. Just a few examples.
All of the HD-3 channels were pulled several years back.
