The Wisconsin Court record (CCAP) re endangering safety actually refers to Bob Bonner's son. The address on the CCAP record originally showed Bob and wife Terri's address in Cottage Grove. I looked at that address, not the 1985 birthdate, not realizing it was his adult son with the same name. (The son has since moved to east Madison as reflected in updated court records.) Apologies.
