WXXM has modest ratings because Progressive Talk doesn't have the stars (yet) like a Rush or a Hannity, and because big corporate owned conglomorates don't advertise Progressive Talk stations like WXXM because it's against their own interests. : You're so right. That explains why WIBA does so poorly with it's lineup of Rush, Hannity, Levin, and McKenna.
