: Moms shave their heads for Gulf Coast : FITCHBURG (WKOW) -- A local radio station is helping with clean up efforts in the Gulf Coast by asking moms to shave their heads. : Kim Hansen was one of three people that buzzed it all off at Z-104 in Fitchburg. : The radio station and Cost Cutters will ship the clippings to a company that will turn the hair into mats to soak up the oil. : These mom's didn't do it for nothing. Each got a pair of tickets to see either Justin Bieber or the Jonas Brothers. : "My daughter heard it on the radio yesterday and turned to me and asked if I would do it. At first I said no, then she's like, 'if you love me you will,' and I said whatever, sign me up.
