I know for a fact that Woodward and Good Karma were infact in discussions about a deal. I know Thomas Yunt and Greg Bell spent quite a few hours in the GKB Milwaukee offices in mid June. Nobody knows the outcome but it sure seems like they weren't able to figure anything out.
