: He quit?? With a young family to support?
: : Yes, a rih-tard. If you don't get the reference, it just proves my point. I'm not a stockholder, and not making a crazy amount of money either. What I said was the truth; and in my experience, the people that didn't like working for MWF have been self righteous spoiled brats with a sense of entitlement. And the people that have been let go, with the exception of VERY few, had MORE than two chances to do their job correctly.
: : Your jealousy is flattering though. Keep trying to spread slanderous shit, because most of us can see through you.
: : FTR He quit.
: :
: : : A rih-tard? And let the sucking off begin! It's a reality that will probably kill you, but guess what: not everybody who's worked for MWF loved it. As with ALL companies. You must be a shareholder.
: : : : : : : : Whats going on there!!??
: : : : : : : : : Kenny J "mia"
: : : : : : : What a shame, besides Ginger Martin, he's the only I cared for and/or listened to.
: : : : : :
: : : : : : These people keep making the case for internet and satellite radio.
: : : : : Welcome to Midwest Family. They don't want your previous experience, they want you to conform to THEIR radio ideals. Go 'head, drink the fruity MWF punch! I've seen it happen more than once in that company. In quite a few instances, they treat people with previous radio experience like crap. Good luck, Kenny!
: : : : Bullshit! I've worked for MWF for over 10 years... and they are an amazing company to work for. Enjoy your unemployment, you've obviously been fired for being a rih-tard.
Did any of you self-righteous braggarts ever think that maybe, just MAYBE, he found a better job? That's such a pompous thing to say: "the people that didn't like working for MWF have been self righteous spoiled brats with a sense of entitlement. And the people that have been let go, with the exception of VERY few, had MORE than two chances to do their job correctly."
I know people that flat out didn't like working for the company. Not everybody there is p*ssing sunshine, and that's okay! There isn't a company out there that has a 110% happy employee rate. No offense, but I know people who were let go from Midwest Family because of budget cuts. Not because they were spoiled brats that couldn't do their jobs. Yes, Midwest Family had budget cuts and had to fire people. They aren't immune. Stop being a corporate suck-off. It's a great company for some, but not for all.
