Sloppy seconds? That's hilarious. WIBA's ratings are 4 times WTDY's. (Or 6x if you look at the previous book.) If WIBA had wanted Beck, they'd have him. WTDY picks up whatever scraps are left under WIBA's table.

I am by no means a fan of WIBA-AM, or their programming, but WTDY sounds like crap and has the ratings to prove it.
