PR 101 is to say "we play to keep everything just like it is and not change anything." and then of course they wait a few months before changing everything and slowly making into something else. It's just how it always seems to work.

Because the bottom line is - you're the new owner, and you can do what you want. And you SHOULD do what you want because it's now your investment. It's like buying a condo that the previous owners thought were amazing inside, but you really despise the kitchen so you gut it. Why shouldn't you?
