Duplicate formats in Milwaukee make for fewer actual choices

Here in the Milwaukee market we have 2 NPR stations, 2 full-time sports stations (plus WTMJ's coverage), 3 (!) county stations (plus another that's out of market but you can still pick it up), 2 right-wing talk/news stations, and a handful of essentialy duplicate AC stations.

And yet we have no Jazz/Smooth Jazz, no liberal talk radio, and no Classical at all. Surely one of these duplicate format stations could flip and offer a breath of fresh air?
