Apparently you don't understand things unless Belling or Hannity spells it out for your 2nd grade reading level. so let me try to explain. You see, Milwaukee is in Wisconsin. Wisconsin has a Governor named Scott Walker. Scott Walker is a racist toy of the Koch Brothers that likes to take vacation trips all over the country regularly to fundraise. He fundraises soooo much that the Republican Party asked him to speak at their Convention. So he took annnnother vacation to the RNC and spoke there. So instead of working WITH Tom Barrett, the Mayor of Milwaukee, on the crime and social problems in Milwaukee, WISCONSIN, the WISCONSIN governor is out pallin' it up and suckin on the Koch teet.
