You'll notice that when Charlie in Madison flipped to Hot AC and Mix 105.1, you couldn't find much info anywhere about it. You still can't. But Google 106.9 Milwaukee format, and see how Saga sent a press release to anyone who would listen.

Does this speak of Saga's desperation or Entercom's cluelessness?
