Thank you oh so much for that very lengthy history lesson on Dawson McAllister.

Having been a PD at a CC CHR station around the time the company was seeking clearance for the show, I can tell you the company "strongly encouraged" us to put the show on in the Sunday night/Monday morning time slot.

Most were "strongly encouraged" to take the all talk version.

That was WAY before any talk of "Premium Choice" existed, by the way.
