If they're getting hammered on their own FB they should disable comments. It's a business, not a democracy.
You can still call, email or (heaven forbid) stop by the station in person to complain to the Programming department. FB is a marketing tool for a station or business like a billboard.
Following that logic - should Chick Fil A now allow protestors to post messages on the billboards they use? No. Of course not. FB is no different.
