Probably because that's done by talent.

Schedule would ideally be done by the PD or APD with today's web site control panels. But in some instances the APD or PD will email the web team about the change and someone else will do the actual update.

I don't believe WXSS or WMYX schedules get updated often either. Granted WSSP has more updates to provide... but when there's a fill-in weekend talent you aren't going to see that for example.
