No, not really. Unless you're talking about dropping F-bombs or showing a nipple. Besides that, since the repeal of the Fairness Doctrine, this challenge this group is bringing up isn't anywhere close to enforced. Rush Limbaugh and right wing talk isn't new, by the way. Rush has been #1 for over two decades.
See, here's what people need to learn about challenging the system. You need to learn what's provable and not provable. WTMJ is a news station, and that's easy to prove and in large part exempt from this law. They may be friendly to conservatives, and as such, Gov. Walker would be happy to be on the air. All WTMJ has to do is show one or two emails that Tom Barret's campaign couldn't make it to a show or respond to a news inquiry to prove this whole challenge is bullshit.
So, yeah, what WTMJ is doing may be technically illegal, but it's going to be darn near impossible to prove. Therefore in the end, it's going to be a lot of time, money, and effort wasted. I hope the $500 was worth it.
