What kind of connections does Kurt Baron have at MWF? He survived the "dismantling" of the Wisconsin Guys and got his own 1hr show after Sly, after Rex Charger leaves for a job within the company he gets promoted to PD and now with a format change a coming and the layoffs of his co workers he is the only one standing after the smoke cleared. Usually the PD is the first to go before a format change.
