One question I have - and I'm not just playing Devil's Advocate - is about the impact blowing out Rush would have. Sure he makes a lot of m.o.n.e.y. himself but he also has a huge support staff and his show also props up hundreds of radio stations across the country, stations that sometimes have a board op even if the show comes in through automation. What would the real impact be if Clear Channel severed ties with Rush Limbaugh and does Clear Channel really pay most of that income?
