That's what I think too jigga. If the FCC didn't take swift action or the courts didn't, there would be such a huge ground swell of independent groups protesting that action would have to happen. To put in a different way than the original poster posed, think about this: Two American DJs called about Michelle Obama. Or even two American DJs called about a politician right across the border in Canada.
