blizzard winds affecting radio

wisn's satellite feed of the mark levin show is like nails on a chalkboard bad. no one close to the station that can run in and swap out a best of show that's loaded in the system or switch to isdn back up instead of the sat feed? used to be in my days on days like this if there was any automation at all or syndicated shows airing, pd would have a part timer there running the board.
