what were the circumstances surrounding his arrest?

did he hit someone or cause any property damage?

did he fail the sobriety tests at the scene or refuse them?

does he have a lawyer? has he released a statement.

i am always intrigued by the way public officials and celebrities handle owi and dui charges. their process seems to be the complete opposite of a regular citizen.
