:I noticed that Rome is on 12-3 instead of 11-2 why would CBS push his show back an hour?
This could be a mistake on the web designer's part. Notice that the schedule has a gap between 8AM and 9AM; they may have meant that John Feinstein should be heard 8AM-11AM and Jim Rome 11AM-2PM (not 9AM-Noon and Noon-3PM, which would be correct if Madison were in the Eastern Time Zone).
Side note: I'm personally kinda surprised that they would include local content so early on; I figured they would be relying on CBS Sports 24/7 at least at the onset. But then, any bit of local is good if you're trying to attract a local (Madison) audience.
As for college and high school sports... WTDY had weekend NFL games and some college broadcasts from Sports USA and Compass Media; could those continue in the station in the future? Also, high school sports sounds like a good idea, although it's something both 1070 and 100.5 already do regularly; but then, if you're trying to get your new station out to the populace, HS sports is still a good way to go.
