As for the theft, the theft of copper happened a few times at the Lake Geneva (Lyons) site which is old and run down. Anybody could just walk up there and snag something. They apparently installed security equipment and replaced the equipment in Lake Geneva and returned to the air earlier this year.

Apparently they just don't want to bother programming it from Lake Geneva anymore, and want to focus on getting the tower and studios in Northern Illinois built.
