Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports -->
WTMJ-AM (620) afternoon news anchor Dan O'Donnell sent out a letter Monday announcing he would be moving to WISN-AM (1130), where he will anchor newscasts and provide commentary. The letter is below. Below that is his WTMJ-AM biography.
"Hi everyone,
I’m honored and excited to announce that I’ve accepted a position on News Talk 1130 WISN.
I will be anchoring newscasts, providing news commentary, managing the “Common Sense Central” online initiative, and filling in for the station’s great talk show hosts!
This is an incredible opportunity, but it is at least somewhat bittersweet because of the amazing people I’ve had a chance to meet and work with over my many years at Newsradio 620 WTMJ.
I’ve made friendships there that I consider lifelong and will always love and cherish every minute I spent at my first broadcast home.
Yet I am looking forward with all of my heart to beginning this exciting new chapter in my professional life and hope that you will join me on what I hope will be one heck of an adventure.
Thank you and God bless,
Dan"

Dan O'Donnell
Position(s): Afternoon News Anchor, Host of Brewers Extra Innings, Brewers Weekly, Wisconsin's Weekend Morning News, The Accunet Mortgage and Realty Show
Resides: Milwaukee
Joined WTMJ: 2001
The youngest of Newsradio 620 WTMJ's hosts, Dan is a lifelong Milwaukeean who grew up listening to "The Biggest Stick in the State" but never imagined that he would one day be fortunate enough to work for it.
When he's not hosting talk shows, anchoring the afternoon news, reporting from the field, or producing feature stories for Wisconsin's Morning News, Dan keeps himself busy as a PA announcer for his alma mater, Marquette University.
In the several minutes a day he's not working, Dan spends time at home with his lovely wife Megan and their two sons, Nicholas (who will occasionally point to the radio and ask, "Is that my Daddy talking to us?"), and Christopher, who was born on August 7th, 2010.
Believe it or not, Dan graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School and has been a licensed (but thankfully non-practicing) attorney since 2006.
