He recently signed a new contract thru 2017. Maybe being allowed to go overtime was part of the new contract. I'm guessing Belling is very valuable to WISN (Actually, that's obvious), and they wanted to give him some perks possibly in exchange for the same or fewer dollars. Just a thought.
