There are several ways to properly answer that so it depends on what you're looking for.
Are you looking for the longest run with the same format and the same slogan/call letters? Then for AM it would be WIBA. For FM it would be WZEE. WMGN and WIBA-FM would follow WZEE with WOLX possibly in that mix, too.
If you mean how long has the longest station been in existence (meaning who had their license granted first by the FCC) that might require some google searching. But it will be an AM station over and FM station.
By and large the Clear Channel cluster (WIBA-AM, WIBA-FM and WZEE specifically) have been the three most consistent over the long run. All have stuck to their format for several decades. WMGN is the longest running in the Midwest building just as WOLX is in the Entercom building.
