I would recommend Thom Hartmann, who is a syndicated radio talk show host. He is on commercial stations but also is on hundreds of military and non-profit stations. He also streams his show on his web site and has a ustream with video as well. He has been known to respond well to your type of requests and he has a lot of information to provide on radio industry and non-industry matters. His web site is thomhartmann.com.
