I should also mention that pre-Internet, given the opportunity,
I had a 16 foot paraclipse sat dish, decoding gear that is no longer allowed to be sold, and much to my dismay, several long wire antennas that started from a huge tower run from my chimney in rural KY. The really sad thing here is that several realty agents said that people did not want to buy the house because the multiple wires running out of the roof made them worry about the stability of the chimney.
