Jeremy is right. When Steve Perun became consultant of WKSC (KISS 103.5) in Chicago he had Rod Phillips fired after only a few weeks because Rod didn't agree with his programming philosphy (which was basically to turn KISS into a clone of KIIS FM in Los Angeles). At that point Steve Perun had his email signature no longer say consultant, it said program director.
