Persistence. Don't give up.

Send your airchecks/demos to everybody. If it doesn't work out in Madison, don't hesitate to look elsewhere. Keep trying though. If you really want to get into radio, don't give up. Something will pop up.

It may take awhile, but that's why you have to have persistence.
