I would say power drop and pattern change (Almost always involves a carrier drop for a few seconds), but that wouldn't be the case at this time of the year.
I'm going off topic here, but I remember WISN would drop carrier twice when they switched to their night pattern. They use a whopping 9 towers at night.
In this case, maybe they switched over to a backup transmitter to do some work on the main.
