If we turn all terrestrial radio stations into jukeboxes as it appears you would prefer, there are no PDs, no MDs, no APDs, no AMDs, no on-air talent, no sales, nothing. Outsource it all. One guy in a room somewhere feeds the programming in, a minimum wage guy watches the STL connection and makes sure the towers are online. One sales manager handles everything because it comes through agencies. We need MORE personality not LESS. I don't understand how stupid some of you people are on this industry message board. Stop shitting on the industry that you need to succeed. Then again most of you morons never worked in radio and the ones that did were fired 30 years ago, right?
